We understand that unplanned problems may arise and you may need to cancel an appointment. In this case, we respectfully request that you cancel your scheduled appointment at least 48 hours in advance.
If less than 48 hours notice is given, a cancellation fee of €30 will be charged.
Cancellation or missing an appointment without notice will be charged the full service fee.
Laya and Irish life insurance holders will be reimbursed . Please check with your Insurance company .
