Much about the human mind and potential remains unknown. When life feels restricted, repetitive, or disconnected, this work offers a space to explore what lies beneath logic alone. Rather than trying to prove or explain the unseen, the focus is on how inner experience shapes life, choice, and meaning.
By meeting these inner limits with awareness, people often discover new perspectives, emotional release, and a greater sense of freedom.

The work unfolds through talk and awareness, gently attuning to your inner field—the emotional, mental, and embodied space shaped by your life journey. Nothing is forced. We move slowly, allowing insight and balance to arise naturally.

The Way I Work
Throughout my life journey, different healing paths opened to me intuitively. I explored many approaches, always first through my own experience. What truly supported me became what I now offer to others.
My background includes psychology and psychotherapy, spiritual psychotherapy, homeopathy, and various body-based (Yoga, Qi-Gong, Journey Dance) and meditative practices. These tools are not applied as techniques, but as supportive languages that may be drawn upon when appropriate.
At the heart of my work is healing through conscious conversation — gentle, grounded, and deeply human. Most sessions are talk-based, held in the presence of trust and respect.

As a trained homeopath, I have a strong clinical background and solid training in healing and therapeutic modalities. All work is held within clear professional boundaries, with respect for your autonomy and readiness.
