Proving Remedy ''Hill of Tara''

 Kristina Samoilova Provings collective

  Hill of Tara (Meditative Proving)

“Within the contours of Tara, the echoes of kings and gods resonate, a sacred pulse bridging earth and otherworld.”

The proving was carried out on 30th July 2025, under the Waning Crescent Moon in Leo, a phase emphasizing introspection, release, and inner reflection. This period encouraged tuning into personal rhythms, letting go of what no longer serves us, and deepening awareness of subtle emotional and energetic shifts. The Moon’s energy highlighted self-discovery, emotional clarity, and connection with our inner cycles.

Six women participated in this proving. Each prover explored the effects of the Moon on their physical, emotional, and mental states, using a variety of potencies. Observations focused on how lunar energy influences daily experiences, moods, and intuitive responses.

The making of this remedy

This remedy was created following Danica Apolline-Matić’s approach, inspired by her visit to the Bosnian pyramids, and informed by the practices outlined in Anneke Hogeland & Judy Scribman’s Trituration Handbook and In the Heart of Homeopathy. The trituration began up to 12C, allowing the remedy’s energy to flow through the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual layers of consciousness, and into the collective field. From this foundation, higher potencies were developed, including 30C and beyond, capturing the full essence and vibrational energy of the remedy.

The Hill of Tara is one of Ireland’s most sacred and historically significant sites, holding layers of spiritual, political, and cultural meaning that span thousands of years. Traditionally, it was the seat of the High Kings of Ireland, who were believed to receive their authority directly from the gods. The famous Lia Fáil, or Stone of Destiny, symbolized this divine connection, reportedly roaring when the rightful king touched it. In this way, Tara represented not just political power, but a profound spiritual authority that connected the human and the divine.

The monuments and earthen structures of Tara create a spiritually focused space, emphasising the connection between the physical earth and higher spiritual consciousness.

Beyond its role as a royal site, Tara has deep roots in Irish mythology. It is described in many stories as a meeting place of gods and mortals, a gateway to the otherworld. The Tuatha Dé Danann, Ireland’s ancient deities, are often linked to Tara, and tales of kings like Cormac mac Airt illustrate the mystical dimensions of rulership, blending historical events with spiritual significance. Archaeology confirms that Tara’s sacred role predates the era of the High Kings. Structures like the Mound of the Hostages, a Neolithic passage tomb dating to around 3,200 BC, along with burial mounds and ritual enclosures, demonstrate that this hill has been a focal point for spiritual and ceremonial activity for millennia. Even though most of the original wooden structures have long vanished, the contours of the landscape still convey a sense of ancient power and reverence. Throughout history, Tara has remained a potent symbol of Irish identity and spiritual heritage. During the 19th-century nationalist movement, the hill became a place of gathering and resistance, most notably during Daniel O’Connell’s massive meeting in 1843, linking Tara to both political and spiritual liberation.

Today, the Hill of Tara continues to draw visitors not only for its archaeology but for its mystical atmosphere. Standing on its ancient mounds, one can feel the lingering energy of countless generations, kings, and rituals—a sense of being in a space where the ordinary and the divine once met. Tara remains a timeless reminder of Ireland’s sacred past, a landscape where history, myth, and spiritual energy converge.

During the proving at the Hill of Tara, there was a profound sense of mythological and spiritual presence. The energies of ancient Irish deities and legendary figures seemed to resonate strongly, as if the spirits of the site were actively communicating with the provers, offering guidance and insight.

The Dagda, one of the most important gods in Irish mythology, was particularly present. He embodies the interconnectedness of all existence, representing both creation and destruction, wisdom and humor. As a deity of dualities, the Dagda reflects the complexity of life and death. During the proving, his presence was felt as a guiding force, demonstrating the balance between challenges and solutions, and the harmony of opposites. He seemed to offer insight into the cycles of energy, growth, and transformation, mirroring the themes of the proving itself.

Other mythological beings were also sensed. Lugh of the Long Arm, with his multifaceted skills and connection to harvest and cycles, and Tea, associated with sovereignty, fertility, and the nurturing power of the land, were present in the energetic field. Queen Maeve, linked to the fertility and strength of the land, also seemed to guide the process, highlighting resilience, empowerment, and the protection of sacred spaces.

These energies, along with the collective presence of spirits and guardians associated with Tara, created a mystical, sacred atmosphere during the proving. Provers felt that the spirits were attempting to communicate, sending information and insights through visions, sensations, and symbolic experiences. The spiritual guidance of these beings, combined with the Violet Flame of Saint Germain, the golden light, and archangelic energies, facilitated deep purification, transformation, and understanding, connecting the provers with the ancient wisdom of the site.

In this way, the proving became not only an exploration of the remedy but also a spiritual encounter with the mythology of Tara, where the interplay of divine, ancestral, and elemental energies was tangible and instructive, guiding the participants through cycles of grief, renewal, and unity.
